Lust is one of the seven deadly sins. Lust was previously recorded as luxuria in the list of the seven deadly sins.

And luxury in latin is luxuria.

Ahh, what a fine coincidence. Don't you think lust and luxury go hand in hand so darned perfectly? Both are such insatiable cravings. The more you taste it, the more you yearn for it. Humans have been driven to insanity in their pursuit of lust and luxury.

And isn't it greed that drives the mindless pursuit of luxury?

Let's digress a little here. I would like you to think of greed and the pursuit of material gains and power. Think also of the religion that spun the seven deadly sins. Think of the country that holds the world's greatest wealth and power. Now think of the leading religion of this country's people.

What a laugh.

Since I crave for pleasures of the flesh and material comforts all the time, does that make me a double sinner?

The Christians say that sinners of lust will be smothered in brimstone and fire, while sinners of greed will be boiled alive in oil. Hah, the little devils in Hell will be so busy with me.

It's helluva good that I am an atheist.

Hmm, perhaps my next tattoo should be the word 'luxuria'. And I could put that near my pussy parlour.

I don't smoke. So I can't defend the smokers based on my little known knowledge about whatever adversed effects on smokers themselves. But my comments as a reader... heh... you go read what I wrote on her comment page.
