My ongoing rendezvous with Korean drama, The Man Who Can't Get Married, starring Ji Jin-Hee and Uhm Jung-Hwa, has got my bovine lustings stirring in the depths of my stomach.
Ji's character loves beef as much as I do. He pigged out at a BBQ house in the second episode and the show's producer created food porn by showing beautifully marbled pieces of raw beef and the slow, sensuous way Ji placed a slice of beef in his mouth. With his eyes closed.
It was a torture watching that episode at 11pm, when Korean restaurants are closed and I have no way of satiating my bovine craving. :(
So, I can only do it tonight.
There are a couple of Korean restaurants, most located in town. Nothing gets on the nerves of the husband and mine more than being stuck in a traffic jam when we're hungry. My best bet will have to be Auntie Kim's on Thomson Road. Parking is a bitch there, though.
I can only pray that most people will be too lazy to get dinner outside on a rainy day.
